Wreck-It-Ralph

Episode 3 – Mouthbreather

Episode 6 – Rook


Eric and Jameson discuss the harrowing sixth episode, “Rook.”  This episode sees the great plague, referred to as the great mortality, arrive in Kingsbridge.  The King learns that this plague is also responsible for his ultimate victory over France.  Many character’s lives are thrown into upheaval, and many other seemingly “safe” characters are dead by the end of the episode.

This episode focuses on the much maligned Stephen King television movie “The Langoliers.” The Langoliers was adapted for a two-part TV movie in 1995. The TV movie starred Kate Maberly, Kimber Riddle, Patricia Wettig, Mark Lindsay Chapman, Frankie Faison, Baxter Harris, Dean Stockwell, David Morse, Christopher Collet and Bronson Pinchot.

Episode 5 – Pawn

The fifth episode in the World Without End miniseries sees a significant passage of time lead into the story of this episode.  The English have been at war with the French for 7 years, our characters have moved on from the events that plagued their lives in previous episodes as the series moves into its third and final act.   We see Ralph become a great war tactician; we finally get to spend some quality time with the King; Merthin has come into his own as a master builder, and the world experiences its first taste of a mysterious new disease with no cure or treatment.
